I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Absolutely a disgrace for child care. If you don't want your child to be screamed at, shamed, not have their basic needs med (access to drinking water/bathroom/cleanlieness) then don't go here. We have seen the care here absolutely plummet over the last few months. So much so that our child hyperventilates before entering the building. There is always open spots available and there is a reason why. I have decided to pop-in on random occassions and witnessed teachers yelling at 2.5 year olds and using shaming language hoping to get them to cooperate. We have spoken with teachers and the owner on multiple occassions and have seen no change and are moving child care facilities. Please do not send your child here.
