My 4 girls attended Towne Lake Academy. They have great teachers who have been there for years. The schools always smell clean and fresh. You are greeting in the morning and afternoons with a pleasant smile. The teachers love the kids and we wouldn't place our kids anywhere else. I highly recommend TLA.
I was really excited about this place, had a great meeting with the executive manager's assistant where we went over all the issues that bothered me. I have mentioned that we just moved to the US and that my child doesn't English, she calmed me and said that i will be able to be there to help her and ease her into everything. The first day I arrived the main teach was sick, none of the assistants could control the kids, it seemed like just a babysitter group. the second day, the teacher was there, and we had a great experience UNTIL the manager called me in the office, said that a parent cannot stay in the class for that long (First time coming from them - after specifically discussing it with her's assistant) and that they don't think we are "ready for their type of place). WITHOUT giving any solution, and while the teacher is calling me to translate my child. I have NEVER seen a behavior like this, lying to my face the first time and kicking us when they changed their mind. HORRIBLE
