Our personal experience with Oakbrook was awful. The director is unaware of what is going on at her facility. The teachers do whatever they want even if it's against policy, like giving out their personal phone numbers to parents and encouraging them reach out to check on kids, until it doesn't suit them, then it's the parent breaking the policy. How else would we have gotten the number if the teacher didn't give it out? They call themselves a "development center" yet are unable to manage any behavior that falls outside of what they consider "normal". The staff seem nice enough on the surface, but if your child does anything outside of what they are willing to deal with, then you're ostracized until the situation escalates to the point that it becomes unhealthy for you and your child.

Horrible care providers. They will not provide extra one on one time with a child in need. They will not sit down and talk with a child if they need correcting.. instead they will send to office and then call parents to pick up. I would stay far far away...
I worked at Oakbrook Child Development Center for a couple of years and LOVED it. I have been in child care for 10 years and Oakbrook is the BEST daycare hands down that I have ever worked in. They put the children first and there are cameras in each classroom and in the hallways. Everyone works together and it's all a team effort. They are awesome and I would send my children there when I have kids. :) LOVE the staff.
