I agree with the above reviews 100%.The state needs to look into this daycare.Dont bring your children here!!! They have cheated Youngstar to get a better rating but this place by far isn't even worth 1 star.

If I could give this daycare a negative star rating I would! This is the worst daycare I have ever been to in my life(and I've seen how many of them run). The owner(Keli) only cares about getting her hair and nails done on time. She treats her employees like they are beneath her and belittles and puts them down on a daily basis. She complains to her employees about how much money the parents owe her in childcare fees, which is suppose to be confidential. The only time the place got cleaned properly is when they were expecting a tour, then she had everyone staging the place and putting on their best "fake" smiles.During the tours, the teachers were so stressed out that they may have something out of place, or say or do something wrong and blow the opp.for the owner to get more money in her pocket.
The owner and Director, hide in the shadows(sorta speak)and wait for one of the employees to make a small mistake then pounce like a wild animal on a fresh carcass!
The quality of childcare is low due to the fact that she isn't willing to pay for quality help. They all put on an act in front of the parents but once they are out the door it's a completely different story.
The Youngstar program unfortunately isn't fool proof and it's unfortunate that places like this have found a way to cheat the system. If this is a 4 star daycare, then I'm the queen of England.
Please think twice about leaving your child/ children in the care of these people!!!!!!

Very Disappointing

I worked there. Very unorganized and unstructured. Staff have to do alot of cleaning instead of caring for children. Children left unattended while they are napping so staff can clean and/or take lunch break. Management is not supportive or kind to staff downgrade/undermine).  Would not recommend anyone to work there or send your child there. If your child attends there take them out.  Worst day care I ever worked at.
