This Provider was turned into #SCDSS homedaycare Licensing Division for alleged childcare neglect.
Provided was proof of Owner/Child care provider texting on her phone for LENGTHY AMOUNTS OF TIME while involved in a personal/argumentive conversation on FB Messenger. (several days)
Owner/childcare provider shared pics of (2) children (unknown) to the individual (male) she was communicating with after the individual asked her if she should be watching children instead of being on her phone harassing others.
Owner/Childcare Provider also asked if individual would like a video of them.
Although these type actions do not violate a licensing law they do however violate many reasons for a parent to be aware of the caretakers they choose for their children, Both known and unknown.
