Rice, Nancy Lee

My daughter has gone to Nancy Rice for the past 8 years. I would never consider letting anyone but Nancy watch my child. Nancy keeps the daycare area very clean and organized. She always looks presentable - makeup on and dressed up. She is very accommodating and flexible when working with parents! I highly recommend Nancy!!

Our family has been with Nancy for about a year, and she is excellent. She currently does after-school and all-day summer care with our 6-year-old, all-day care with our 3 year old, and plans to take in our newborn later this year. For the cost of care, she is providing a tremendous service to parents at an affordable rate. She is extremely reliable, gives several months advance notice regarding vacation or days off, has yet to take an unexpected sick day, and communicates openly about anything going on with the kids. She disciplines appropriately, and allows the kids to have fun without getting too "out of control". My children truly love going to her daycare, and she seems genuinely happy to see them every morning. She goes out of her way for the kids; for example, she prepares gift bags for all of the children's birthdays and major holidays, and keeps the daycare space clean, safe, and kid-friendly with decorations and ample space to play. Her back yard is large, clean, and gated, and the children get to run and play outside whenever the weather allows. She keeps up with sunscreen on the kids, and provides individual sippy cups for milk and water throughout the day, and serves lunch daily. The childcare space is a completely separate level of the house, so it feels like walking into a traditional daycare, but more home-like. The quality of care is consistent day-in and day-out, and I would not want to take my children anywhere else for care. If you are looking for a genuine provider who truly shows that she cares about your children, consider taking a tour with Nancy and checking it out for yourself. We cannot recommend her enough!
