The overall building was filthy and poor repair and antiquated with a terrible smell of bad plumbing. The program for the children was lacking. There should have been a better curriculum for learning arts and crafts and music. The snacks were not particularly healthy. Some of the teachers were not always treated with respect by the director. There was no consistency for the children. A poor overall environment for learning and employment.
