Description: Founded in 1979, Reading Montessori School is a preschool for children ages 3-6 based on a program developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Our goal is to foster each child's development to its fullest potential; physically, intellectually and socially. The Montessori philosophy and specially designed classroom materials help each child develop patterns of independence, concentration, perseverance, thoroughness and self-esteem to become competent learners with a real love of learning as well as respect for themselves, others and their environment.
