My children attended this daycare for one month and during that time my 4 year old daughter was injured by another child. The provider did not immediately notify me via phone to aware me of the incident. I had to hear about it when I arrived that afternoon to pick my children up, which I thought was careless and unprofessional. Also, she showed no empathy or remorse for my child getting hurt in her care no did she apologize for the incident haven taken place. I would not refer anyone to this daycare the provider is forgetful when it comes to business matters such as payments. I felt that she was trying to be deceitful by not notifying me in advance about my daughter's injury nor did she want me to speak with the parent of the other child. She also failed to mention to the parent of the other child about his behavior.
I had a bad experience with this daycare. After only having my children in this daycare for one month my children were wrongfully terminated due to an incident between my daughter and another child. My daughter was injured in the process and the provider showed no compassion or remorse for the injury my child suffered from the other child. No report was documented and no disciplinary action was taken against the other child whom caused harm to my child. I was displeased with the disregard for my child's well-being as the child care provider stated that she witnessed the other raise his hand at my daughter as an attempt to hit her seconds before striking her in the face. I was not immediately notified via telephone after the incident took place nor did the child care provider fully examine my daughter to ensure that there were no further abrasions to any other part of her body. I will not recommend this daycare to anyone.
