Our family was told in July of 2017 that our children were placed on the waitlist for spots beginning July of 2018. We verified these spots on two occasions and offered to put deposits down and were told that someone would call us before July 2018 and set up a time for a tour and that would be when we gave the deposit, but we were assured the spots would be available. Today, 2/15/18, after not hearing anything from them for quite some time, I spoke with the owner and was told they didn’t have any spots for our children and that we were never guaranteed spots since that is not their policy. This is not accurate as we most certainly were guaranteed there would be spots this July. We were also informed today that it would be at least another year before there would even possibly be a spot, which was then retracted and we were told that there may never be a spot. After explaining the situation this put our family in and that we should have been informed as soon as they realized our spots wouldn’t be available this July, or possibly ever, the owner, although apologetic, became very agitated and defensive. She also indicated that there is a strong possibility that they may have to shut down their business entirely. This is very unfortunate, as they had come highly recommend and my wife and I had heard great things about this place, and we are now left to scramble to find coverage for our little ones. So if you are on this center’s waitlist, be aware that you may never have a spot open up and that, from the owner’s own mouth, they may be closing.
