Personally you shouldn't hire people that attends to children who threatens, harrass, intimidates, evokes, threatens violence towards people outside the church. They are to be leaders in the community, as well as, within the walls of a church. Victoria Lalley claims to be employed at Cynthiana Baptist Child Care in Cynthiana, KY if this is true perhaps vetting your employees should be considered.
