Worst childcare. The childcare initially seems nice when interviewing privider until kids are alone there with provider. The director is much interested in payment and often neglects the needs of the children. His discipline involves spanking, emotional abuse, sometimes given kids rotten food or witholding food from kids until they obey his rules. Threatens to deny kids recess or plays with toys if kids inform parents. At pick up times acts caring and loving. Pickup vehicle smells like cigarette, which he claims has no control over.
