I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This owner Alicia rich & her family start drama & condone it as well. I have full proof & screenshots on their behavior. The mother Alicia rich condones this behavior while her daughter who is over the age not a minor. Post pictures & videos with these children online using an app called tik tok. I took it in my own hands after police were called. This has been on going for 2 years. Stalking bullying & harassment needs to stop. The daughter has told many people to pull up to their house to fight . We tried so many other ways to squash this drama between girls & her mother Alicia rich has not done nothing but made us feel threatened . It’s a shame this family has a business in my hometown of Manteca. Once again I have proof of everything that has been going on for over 2 years. Yes we have blocked left it alone plenty of times. This needs to end now. I know my rights as you do yours it should be civilized . Thank you very much

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I really do like Alicia. She's a nice person face to face, however she's not sincere at all. She has her sister Erica working for her as an assistant and she's nice as well. However, Erica is in no position to be working with children, she couldn't raise her own. Erica receives public assistance from the state because she's not mentally stable. She's nice, but not mentally in a position to be working with children because of the medications she takes. In addition it's illegal that she receives public assistance for her mental issues and she is paid under the table. If Erica is working full time she should be paying taxes on her income, and not receive cash aide. I think the kids are fine in Alicia's care, but I would never leave my child with Erica.
