Mrs. Jennifer’s DayCare

Excellent Daycare! My children can't wait to come home and talk to me about how much fun they had with Mrs.Jennifer and all of the kids around. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Tried to get belongings of children of a friend of mine who decided after 2 days to remove her kids from this care. Obviously it’s a known issue . When I left a message for Mrs Jennifer to ask when I can pick up the belongings she answered : ( copy ) why is this b**** worry about her money ? I will send her s*** to her - she will get what she deserves “ and then hang up on me !! Don’t use this care ... rude , unprofessional and absolute unacceptable ! Hopefully cps / dshs will do something about this.

Does even deserve one star , just the phone conversation that was had asking about openings and hours , I was astonished by how rude JENNIFER was, I asked if she was full time or part time only and how long would he need to be there to be considered full time and she proceeded to say " I don't give a f*** how many days he's here as long as I'm getting paid , who's paying me you or dshs " our call ended there.

As a non custodial parent who has 50/50 rights according to the law and is there for his children everyday I have the hardest time trying to see how my children are doing in school and day care. For over a month I’ve been trying to see how my baby’s are doing and when I final get ahold of her I am verbally attacked and hung up on Gallier Jennifer is the most rude and unprofessional woman I’ve ever encounter in my life and that’s saying a lot. Unfortunately it takes time for me to take care of these things and now I’m going na thru the Court to get this resolved because I dont feel as if my children are in a safe environment so heid my earring and I hope you take this seriously this is not a good woman to be watching your children.
