A & Z Daycare

I have used A & Z for almost a year and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! Every teacher is fantastic and my girls love going there. They do activities and go on "field trips" The daycare is also open during the breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas And Spring) Anytime anyone asks about a childcare facility I give them my HIGHEST recommendation!

My Child was in the center for 2 months. I had several things happen that concerned me as a parent when I brought the attention to the owner she tried to tell me my Child was going through a phase because her child had dis the same thing. Which concerned me because how can you co.pare my Child to yours but anyway. I asked my Child what was going on and she told me once.I mentioned it again The owner replied I thought we already talked about this she is going through a phase. Another incident happen were they did not give my Child a cupcake because she was bad. I asked the teacher about it she said she would talk to my Child's teacher and the owner. The next day I went to pick my Child up I was given a two week notice stating child services was being terminated because of parent/centrer Differences and Child behavuor I never had differences I had Concerns. Secondly they want to say my Child was bad and my Child is a liar while my Child is standing there but yet stayed she didn't get a cupcake and 4 other kids didn't either. My Child never had a write up or any incident reports they might say or she didn't have a good day today because she did not listen but nothing to the sort of terminating services. Had I note mention things then she would still be there. I did not wait the entire 2 weeks I removed my Child the owner never contacted me I tried contacting her and even asked her to meet me and she did neither.
