Not enough staff for the amount of children they have, the owner is only worried about the money that is coming in and not about the kids. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She talks down on her employees and parents. The teachers are great, but the management is horrendous. Cameras are not working, no copy machine, no code or card to get in (you have to knock on the door and wait for someone to answer) Its just been a bad experience since the beginning, I even gave them the benefit of the doubt since they are a new location. I just do not see any improvement
