I’m sorry that you felt that way. I can assure you I never “yelled” at my children in front of your children. I may raise my voice at MY children. If that came across as aggressive to your child I apologize but this was also never brought to my attention by you or anyone else. Please if you have a issue with a provider I suggest bringing it to the providers attention so that it can be addressed and handled with accordingly. Thank you for your business.

She had a tendency to yell at her boys in front of the daycare and my child talks about it when I pick up. I am limited on choices of daycares due to the fact that there are no openings in the good daycares. She works as a provider for my child now, but I am on the waiting list for 2 of the better daycares in town. She just needs to quit being so hateful and inpatient to the kids, especially her own. Children model the adults they are around.
