I have a 2 yr old son who's previous provider retired. We tried Jackie for a week and a half and it was miserable. My son was completely stressed out and hated being dropped off. I received a report on why my 2 year old was a brat everyday. She has no clue how care for children that don't fit her mold. It was ridiculous. Never heard of daycare needing a requirement but you can kiss that goodbye no matter what her contract says. I recommend you keep looking.
