I have used this provider for more than 6 months
This school and the staff is the reason I am writing this. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The director is disrespectful and uncaring about her students and parents some of these teachers aren't the right match to work with children of these ages regardless of their credentials. I take my granddaughter to school this morning to see that part of the ceiling in one of the classrooms is on the floor. Having much concern about this I go to the office to find out why and with no urgency or care I was told its ok to have these children in this classroom. I have also witness the lack of care and respect for these darling children. I have reached my wits end with this facility and it should be investigated without the knowledge of the staff to see how unprofessional and unsafe this facility is. I do not recommend this school to anyone. wish I could give this school a zero.
This daycare does not treat kids with kindness and respect. The staff seem to work here not because they enjoy taking care of children but because they cant seem to find a better paying job. Whenever I would drop off or pick up my child I see them talking and chatting. Not giving attention to the kids. Dropping off your child is such a big problem. Instead of them helping you, they just sit there while your child follows you back to the door. Once I sign my child in I expect you to him/her. Not let them out the class room to follow me.
Staff dress VERY inappropriate for child care. I've seen assistant teachers and other staffs with skirts above the knee, and V neck shirts that show way too much. How can you play with children and s*** down with them if your attire is uncomfortable and your constantly fixing yourself.
Another problem with this daycare is the lack of proper teaching. My child has not learned anything new from what I taught at home. I think they spend all day playing.
