I cannot say how thankful I am that I found this center! The entire team of teachers and administrators are so supportive and always listen to any concerns or questions and gives us the best advice. I do not worry when I drop off my child in their care and I cannot say how comforting it is to me to see my child run in and hug everyone everyday and he receives a hug right back. Without hesitation I can say that my child will be ready for kindergarten when the time comes.
I have read the other two reviews and I can say that they are not accurate and this staff including the director go above and beyond for every child and family in their care everyday. I have witnessed other parents not being respectful or helpful and never ones has the staff been rude back.
If your child can get into FUNdamentals consider yourself blessed!
This doesn't even deserve one star. The director never answers the phone or return calls. Staff is very disrespectful. I called to check on my daughter for her first day and the "assistant director" Nette hung up on me when I stated my concerns. None of the staff are on the same page. I'm being told one thing by the director and something different by other staff. I do NOT recommend you leave your child in there care. I will be reporting this facility to higher authorities.
Teachers are very rude and unprofessional. It is not an supportive and respectful environment. Staff at Dundamentals don't listen's to your concerns and then finds a way to solve the issue! Unpleasant experience.

About the Provider
As Early Childhood Educators we understand the importance of quality child care. With this in mind our teachers provide stimulating environments in each of our three classrooms. We follow a developmentally appropriate education model, set forth by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, which adheres to the highest standards in our field. In our classrooms you will always see; warm and positive teacher-child interaction, children engaged in developmentally appropriate planned activities, regular communication with parents, a healthy and safe environment, respect for cultural diversity and nutritious USDA approved meals.
