There is 1 Administrator that does a lot of arguing with employee's in the building as parent's come and go. She also do not know how to talk to the parent when she doesn't like what being said. I have watched her follow the employee's around and talk very nasty to them when she feel like it. She is not good for any kind of business where you deal with the customers.
I work in a office building facing Green Road which is quite a distance from the day care yet I can hear constant shrill screaming when children are outside. I love the laughter but the shrill constant screams are rather unnerving. I have to wonder if the children are supervised outside.
Owner doesn't care about her employees nor does she really care about the families. They pretend to care. Babies aren't always changed on time. Children are limited on the amount of food or snacks they can have. One administrator harass employees and will argue/ yell at parents when she doesn't like what is being said. Door handles falling off door, holes in walls. This place SERIOUSLY NEEDS A REMODEL with all the money they are receiving.
