Do not take your kids !!!!! Management does not care about kid’s well beings. The atmosphere is fake and phony. Trust me once you all drop your kids off and doors are shut it’s a different ball game. Management will hire any and everybody without proper training , it has been too many kids and babies hurt all because of lazy workers and most importantly management not caring . Kids are basically watching themselves. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS!!!!!

This place claims to be a positive and safe environment for your child with Christian values which is very untrue. The staff do not closely monitor the children especially while on the playground where all of the kicking, hitting, pushing and pinching goes on, basically where it’s needed most. The staff stand against the building away from the children talking amongst themselves. Today my child was bit by another child while on the playground. When the teacher was questioned she said boys will be boys and they play rough followed by what would I like her to do. Really! How about your job! When I asked if she knew of the incident she said yes he told me very nonchalantly. I then showed her the bite mark with broken skin on my child she claimed it wasn’t there when she looked. It’s hard to miss so I doubt she looked hard, if at all. She knew a child was bit and never even bothered to notify me as the parent! No apologies just excuses and a poor attitude with eye rolling. No report was filed and the director claimed to not even know about the biting incident. The kids are bullies and so are the staff. Staff tell the kids to zip it, stop crying or they are going to the baby room, quit being tattletales while ignoring anything reported to them by kids or parents. I know for a fact they allowed at least 1 staff member to work prior to being fingerprinted. Don’t be fooled by the nice looks because clearly it’s not somewhere you want to take your child to be kept safe. If they cover up the obvious what else are they covering up! I have called the owner and he has yet to return my call.

Houston lake road center.....very poorly managed and teachers loudly yell at the children and treat them like little robots. This place definitely needs a corporate investigation. And...the so called. ..teachers need to have credentials checked. The teacher turn around is high, by the time the child learns the teacher. ..she quits. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone, they are NOT the Christian daycare they pretend to be and need to be investigated....I no longer use this facility

This place is so poorly managed it's despicable. The owner's only care about making money, and it's at the expense of the children who are forced to coexist with other children who bite, hit and bully the good kids, simply because the owners want the money. Do not send your kids here! This is not a safe and loving environment for kids. This place is purely for profit and could care less if your child's welfare is at risk.
