If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst daycare I have ever seen.

More than half the employees are usually dressed unprofessional and are always cranky. One teacher is constantly yelling at the children. I've heard her threaten them that they will not eat lunch. My daughters glasses have been broken about 3 times in the past 4 months, instead of telling me about it they try and fix her lenses by putting them in the wrong way which hurts her vision even more so, I have repeatedly told them to not fix them and let me know so I can make sure it is done properly. Also I have asked for proof of payments and they said they have no record and keep no record of payments, gave me the incorrect provider ID, told me its $12 a week for pre-k, then told me a month later it was $40 a week for pre-k. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I do not feel safe leaving my child there. My daughter has come home crying because the teachers are mean and will tell her things like she's not doing a good job writing, and that the teachers say her coloring is bad. This is not okay, she has been to a different childcare before this one and I've never had a complaint, neither has my daughter. This daycare is a nightmare and I advise people to second think their decision, all of the children are together in one area for the whole day besides infants.

I went to Little Munchkinland when I was I was young and it was the best daycare I have ever been to. I was happy on how every staff member cared for us. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I just have one question for you. What were the name of the games that you had on your computer 10 years ago? Those were my favorite games and I haven't been able to find it sense. Thank you for being a great daycare for the years I was there.

I have been going to Little Munchkinland for over 2 years now, and I have to say I love the staff. I am welcomed everyday by Krista or Cheryl. I appreciate it when they greet my child. I comforts me to know that they care. At the end of the day, I can feel reassured they are taking care of my child by the fact she doesn't want to go home. If I want to know anything I can ask Cheryl and if she doesn't know she will find out for me. I would recommend this center to anyone.
