I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

If i if I could give a negative star I would. Michelle led me to believe for the entire summer that she would start watching my baby when school started only for one day before school started to tell me that she would no longer be able to keep her. I literally have one day to find a daycare provider for my 11 month old thanks Michelle
