Management isn't the most knowledgeable group, especially if it's anything other than greeting people as they walk in.
Director does not follow proper protocols. Child attended for 3 years prior to new ownership and things were fine until the receptionist/assistant became the director. My child was struck during directors watch and cameras were not working during the accident. We removed our child immediately and can only hope that the incident was accidental but will never know the truth. Messages between director and I reveal that she did not know how to handle the situation accordingly. For more info or details feel free to contact me.
