I have used this provider for less than 6 months
This family ran daycare left my two girls traumatized. They're not compassionate and are very distant toward the kids and parents. I would leave my daughters crying and they would still be crying when i picked them up. They begged and begged to not be takem there anymore. They saw it as a punishment!
They took care of my child for around 3 months. I always felt the staff was not really flexible. I always felt that they did not feel comfortable when asking them to give my kid approved medicine. Also, they walk kids in cold weather from the 2 different houses of the business. My kid kept getting sick. Also, I felt the owner was distant and indifferent. She often did not even look up when I was around to pick up my child and his clothes. She just kept looking down at her cell phone. Also, towards the end, I offered some suggestions regarding my kid and she told me I was not going to tell her how to run her business. She basically told me to find a place where my child's needs could be taken care of.
