Having a baby during COVID has to be one of the scariest things I’ve ever experienced… I was very selective when I decided to enroll my daughter in daycare and I’m so happy I chose A Smart Start. The environment is very loving and family oriented. I appreciate the fact that the teachers and the director notice the smallest details about my daughter. It definitely makes me comfortable knowing she is well cared for when I have to work.My daughter has progressed so much in the three (3) months that she has been enrolled. If I had to do it all over again, I would have never visited any other facilities. A Smart Start would have been my first and only visit. Thank you for all you do to assist a first time parent like me, feel comfortable with childcare.
Smart Start Daycare is like a family to my family! I have had nothing but great experiences and give references to the employees that I work with on how great they were with my twins. My twins attended Smart Start when they were 9 months old until they were 5. They also attended summer camp. Mrs Cathy was so nurturing. She was like a 2nd grandma to my girls! When my daughters went to kindergarten they were advanced due to the academics they received at Smart Start! I always felt at ease knowing that my kids were in good hands. Ms. Rose and Mr. Kenard are excellent owners, and I'm blessed to have gained a village within their facility to help me raise my children! Although my daughters aren't there because they are older, Mrs Rose still reaches out to see how they are doing and when they see her, they light up! I'm expecting my son within a couple of weeks and there's no question to where he will be going for child care services...Smart Start!
My son attended this school before moving up. The teachers there always greeted my son and myself with open arms. My son is in elementary now but frequently asks about the teachers and if he can go back.
Ps. Mrs. Rose I can't say the same.
This establishment has the most unprofessional staff. From the top to the bottom. The Vice President/Director/Front desk clerk/Unprofessional Ms. Rose is the head leader. She is suppose to be the leader of the school and set examples but she displays other. I would not recommend this school to anyone not family, friends, or a stranger off the street. They don't teach the children anything with substance btw.
