Louela and her husband are shady and they had my daughter being abused. When I started asking questions they started black balling my daughter. She would come home bitten but they said she scratched her self. It was scary! Then I pulled my kid and found out through report they are falsifying their license number. Are not actually reporting accurately and the camera they said worked for my kids protection, when I asked to see footage they confidently never worked they said.
