I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Kindercare has failed my children and my family. After over 2 years of using kindercare as our daycare for two young boys, we were given a 4 day notice that the oldest was no longer wanted at this center by the director. My child is dealing w speech development and language development issues. He has had incidents at kindercare of hitting other children at the center and was documented on a couple occasions. There was one incident of biting his teacher when she tried to remove a toy from his hands when he was acting up n class. The teacher took off work that next day (Friday and also the following Monday) due to her dr telling her she should stay away from the center. Upon returning this adult "teacher" who choose this type of employment decides to tell our director she doesn't feel comfortable in her classroom as long as my child is in there! We asked about others in his room biting since this was all new to us. Our son has never bitten anyone before or after this incident. We were told that there was no other issues in that room of biting. Fast forward one week ahead and my wife goes to pick our sons up one afternoon and starts a conversation in the parking lot w another parent with her child in the same class as my son. They talk about whether this lady's son had ever said my son was mean to him, and we were told no. Then the topic of biting came up. Come go find out this lady claims that there was another student in the same class room as my son and hers, that has been biting other students, in particularly her child was being bit by this other student. So of course we bring this to the attention of the director who claims she had never heard of that child biting other children. My child is receiving speech therapy per our insurance once a week at the school setting. We have also been working with a neurologist, and also bringing him in for further evaluations to determine his exact needs for help. We were NEVER told that kindercare (itself) has therapist for issues such as behavior. It was never offered to us or even ever mentioned. So after all this KNOWN problems and the center knowing we are working as hard as we can to prevent our son from being labeled a "problem child", instead of helping the situation w two parents who have always paid our dues on time, we were given a 4 day notice that our son was being unenrolled. They were willing to keep our other son (1 year old) at this center but the older (almost 4) was no longer welcome. Well that's not the way it's going to work for us as parents! No way can we make two different drop off and pick ups everyday for two different daycares. So we decided neither of our kids would be returning to this center because obviously their best interest is not at hand, it's more about ease of having someone else's child there that doesn't require "special" attention. My wife decided to call your customer service center and spoke with a lady who is over the director at this location. We were told that this was NOT the way kindercare handles their business and that this particular director has no say so in "kicking" children out or not. BUT SHE DID EXACTLY THAT ANYWAY! Then we were asked by the higher up supervisor my wife spoke with if we would bring both our kids back to the center and they they will now work more with the older child to get him the help he needs. All after the fact that his director told us he had only 4 more days being enrolled at her center. That option is not something my wife nor I would consider due to the lack of concern from this director. We can tell that the best interest in this matter is not our kids, so what parent in their right mind would want to take their kids back to a center where they just want to point the finger and try to label your child as a behavior problem child? My wife had to take time off work to go search for a new center to enroll both children into, and I had to take a day off work today to stay at home with them and go visit this new center. They do start the new center on Monday but the next two work days in this week we still need to get help finding relatives who can take off work to help watch our children. All of this because this center obviously does not have qualified "teachers" that can handle anything other than a 100% angel that acts their age and produces no problems during the day. And a director who does not have the best interest of your child in mind. If she would have the child's best interest in mind we would have been told about the additional help kindercare could have give my child instead of being kicked out like an old wet, flea bag mutt. Kindercare is no longer the "good" school I thought it was for young children. Instead it is only a business to make money and that is it. Period. I will do anything I can possibly do to prevent anyone I know from bringing their child to any kindercare center. If this is the way they treat a child w learning problems, it shouldn't be a licensed center for anyone's children.
