This place is not a healthy environment for children to be in. Not only does the boss and her daughter openly gossip in front of children, they also break multiple state licensing. They bank on getting lucky and they have not got caught yet. They neglect the children as there are not enough resources for them. They also don't take the children outside hardly enough. The working condition is not fair as the boss will withhold your checks from you. The boss will also charge you for things like CPR, even when you signed a contract saying if you worked there for 6 months you don't have to pay that fee back. It's not a place where you would want to work and it's not a place where you would want your child.
