Park Avenue Child Care And Education

My child has went to this facility for about a year now. I can't even remember how many teachers his toddler class has had, because there's been so many. Employee retention is nonexistent there, except for there extremely rude and nasty secretary. She sits at the desk and ignores you while she's texting on her phone. When she does actually talk to you she's extremely rude and acts like your bothering her asking questions about your child. This school sends him passive aggressive notes to parents telling them "they are not a drop off center", you are only allowed to drop your child off within the set times you stated on your enrollment paperwork. You have a 45 minute window when your "allowed" to drop your child off for daycare. If your outside those 45 minutes they don't allow your child to stay. Which is strange, because I'm paying them to watch my child, which is what I thought a daycare did? But hey, maybe I'm wrong. Work schedules vary and this daycare does not work with you on the day to day basis of needing different drop off/pick up times. He's been sent him 4 times in the past 2 weeks for having loose stools. Which their rude secretary considers an "infectious disease" which it's not. Not only have I lost a lot of money missing work, but have paid for a daycare service that makes up their own rules day to day. They simply don't want to change dirty diapers and actually do their job, so they send them home. I would not recommend this daycare facility to anyone.
