I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

This place has been the worst daycare center that I have toured. Bad enough to write a review and call their corporate office. The lady up front who was helping me was not helpful and refused to help me further. There was an agency that required some additional information such as a copy of business license, and a copy of the rate sheet, and a W9 form filled out for tax purposes. The receptionist told me to take a picture of the business license and take a picture of the rate sheet that was taped to her desk using my phone. And told me to use the W9 form to fill out myself, but she can provide the number to me. This was the most unprofessional way to handle such sensitive information. After being treated so poorly I decided this was not the place to leave my child. This is how the first person you see when you walk in the building treated a parent, I cannot imagine how my child would be treated. Please read reviews before deciding on where and who takes care of your child.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I currently take my kids to this school and I love it here it's such a clean place to take your kids and the teachers are wonderful they help me on Saturdays because I have to work! They even feed the kids dinner here it's awesome!! I defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare! I espessally love the teachers Amanda and Carrie that work in the twos they thought both my children how to go potty and I'm a hard working mom so it was just amazing how they helped my whole family out!!

I would give 0 if I could. Horrible place! I have known several parents who brought kids here. The teachers constantly are talking and not payin attention to children. The director gossips, more than once I have walked in on her bashing a employee or even a parent. For stupid things to (ie. Weight, beliefs, race, home life) then the school age teacher yells at kids, screams. I saw her throw a child across floor because he talked back.and to top it off I have seen the director TEXTING while driving the bus! Not somewhere I would trust my child again!
