First of all this place is located in a commercial area right by a bus stop and the outside door remains opened at all times. They would not allow you to leave your stroller there when you drop your child off, you must bring it back and forth which is very inconvinient. The kids are not be allowed to used the playground with the parents supervision they only allow them to use it when they are with the "teachers" but they never take them out even when the weather is nice. There are no certified teachers working there. They keep 2 and 3 year olds on the second floor and they do not have a safety stair gate. Last but not least they will not take your child if they have any sort of developmental delay and if they do after they take your registration fee and 1st monthly payment they will tell you they cannot keep you kid any longer because it's too much for them to handle.
