<li>This was by far the most unprofessional daycare center I've ever enrolled my children in. My children ages 3 and 6 attended for exactly 1 week. The facility opens at 7:30am and closes at 6:00pm however they have a 10 hour policy meaning if u drop ur child off at 7:30am u have to pick them up at 5:30pm. What sense does that make if they close at 6pm anyway? I was given a list of supplies to get for my children which wasn't too out of control but one day i showed up late and all hell broke loose. They hit me with a late fee of $180.00. I was so confused because my 1st time seeing something abt a late fee was the actual day i was late. How could i be charged for something i didn't have any idea about or never agreed to in writing or verbally? The same day my son came home with a huge knot on the side of his head and noone could give me any insight on what happened or because i refused to pay the late fee they didnt care. Smh don't bring your kids here. The next day i was about 20 minutes late due to train traffic and they wrote me two termination letters for my children on the spot. I was fine with it because i was already researching new daycare centers. GOOD RIDDANCE!</li>
