I can't say enough great things about this daycare. It is a loving, family run business. They have been so wonderful to our family. We are so blessed to have found such great care for our daughter.
It is hard to find a place to leave your child at for 8+ hours in a day. When you can't watch your own child you want to know they are left in great hands. At bambinos that is exactly what you get. My son has been there for approximately 3 years and loves it! He actually asks to go to "school". I can see by his actions, hear it in the way he speaks, and tell in his everyday actions that he is not only getting a good education but socially interacts well with others of all ages. I am on a first name basis with all the lovely teachers and staff at the center. They don't hesitate to call with any concerns and work very well with my schedule. I highly recommend this daycare center to anyone that is looking!
My oldest daughter goes to Bambinos. She has separation anxiety and I was worried she would not like it there and have a hard time. However, the staff in the toddler room is absolutely amazing. They greet her every morning and make sure she is ok before My husband or I leave the building. She is transitioning into the preschool room and so far the staff seems friendly in the preschool room. I would recommend them, reasonably priced, great staff, and my child loves the food/snacks!
I have been taking my twin 18 month old girls to Bambinos for almost 1 year. This daycare was recommended to me by a friend who had taken his 3 children there when they were younger. My husband and I toured several daycare facilities, and we were very impressed with how this place was organized. Taking care of children is not an easy task, and they provide a safe and educational environment for their children. Our girls love going to "school" and they are very comfortable with all of the employees. Yes, they get sick and messy sometimes but they are kids! They have a scheduled day with meals, crafts, playtime, etc. My girls have two working parents, and I am grateful for what they are learning at daycare. Everyday I get a report of their day, and when I come to pick them up, they are always in good spirits. They have rules, and everyone who works there has been nothing but helpful and polite. My kids are safe. They are happy. And, I have the peace of mind that when I am at work they are being well taken care of.
Bambinos is an amazing daycare center that has provided my child with excellent care! She has soared since I enrolled her here. The above review is completely false. I am on CCIS as the person above is as well, it's a government funded program, we do not pay tuition. they asked all parents to pay the difference that CCIS does not pay. I received a letter 3 weeks prior to the raise. My daughter is so happy here and absolutely adores her teachers. A person that writes a completely false review on such a wonderful facility obviously has some issues.
This child care center is unsafe and the care provided is below average. This center raised the tuition once I made a complaint about the safety of my children while in their care. The center is under surveillance and the owner tried to justify her staff letting my toddler run out of TWO external doors one evening. After that, they said it's my TODDLERS FAULT if she continues to go out of the doors and into the parking lot. That makes absolutely no sense. So if my baby drinks bleach it's her fault? What a joke. I'm paying them to care for and WATCH my kids. In addition to that incident, the owners daughter also happens to be the preschool teacher. I walked in on her SLEEPING during nap time and I actually startled her and she thought I was a child and she lifted her head up and yelled "BE QUIET! GO TO SLEEP!" Then I made my presence known as a parent that I was picking my child up early and she began turning alarms off on her cell phone. This happened twice! December 1st and December 9th. She was the only adult in the room as her coworker takes her break during that time. I decided to remove my children from the care once the owner singled me out and raised the tuition for ONLY my children. Except she only gave me less than a week and a half notice of the increase but wouldn't give my deposit back because she said SHE NEEDS TWO WEEKS notice. Must be nice! Oh, and she did this all over Christmas break knowing it would be next to impossible to find alternative care. What a grinch! Aside from those instances, they never give you a receipt for your payments, they never speak to you when you walk in, and the family who runs the place (the only contacts for the center) don't have a set schedule so you can never know when someone in charge will be there. So unorganized and completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Please save yourself and go to the Goddard school or somewhere more established where they actually care for your children in a respectful and professional manner.
