Our children attended daycare at Hearts and Hands for 2 years. Not satisfied with the way our youngest child, age 2, was treated in his classroom by a staff member. We removed our children immediately after learning about several incidents from another staff member in a neighbouring classroom. Daycare was unable to discuss or give details as to what had happened in the classroom. The teacher who brought the issues to our attention was reprimanded for discussing it with us due to a breach of guidelines, she did state she notified adminstrative staff but no action had been taken. This was handled poorly and unprofessionally by administrative staff & owner. Issues were not resolved. I DO NOT recommend.
