Owner was rude, place wasn't Clean. Owner never there.

This is the best daycare! I would recommend this daycare to everyone and anyone. These ladies are hardworking, dedicated and committed to providing quality care for these children. My kids have been attending this is daycare for 10 years and I've never complained. The owner is present all the time and has a love and a relationship for the kids! I watch sometimes as they prepare meals, and all children get served. The employees that work here also have a great love for these children. Sugeidy Santos teaches abcs, colors, and life skills and manners that every child needs. She does hands-on activities. The reason why they don't let children take out items out of their bookbags is for safety reasons, and for allergies. I couldn't be more happier with this daycare. They've been treating me like family for the past 10 years and it could not get any better. Every Holiday Season, they make sure that every child doesn't leave without a gift. Speaking of which, they help out the family. I am a single mother of three, and its been hard buying things. But the owner has saved me, and shes has bought gloves, shoes, clothes, and school supplies for my children. This is more than just a daycare. This is FAMILY. I love this daycare!!

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The owner is rude and very unprofessional, she will paint a wonderful picture when you meet her and tell you how great everything will be but once you are there it all changes. She is never there, she does not pick up phone calls and in the evening when you go to pick up your child, besides having to wait over 10 minutes outside because no one is allowed inside she would not even be able to tell you if they ate or what they ate. Her sister is as bad or worse then she is. I took my kid to the daycare one day and found her sister painting her toe nails. She then went to carry my son and I had to stop and ask her if she was not going to wash her hand, that to me was just disgusting. When I returned to pick him up found her with a whole new hair color and hair done, so my question is where was my child while all of this was getting done. I think this place needs to be looked into and the owner should have her license revoked.

I would never recommend this daycare to any one. The owner is not a professional person. She has her sister sudeyis Santos working with her and she does not even like kids. She would not even let my daughter
Eat her snack. My daughter was in the after school program and they wanted to charge me like if she was a baby and I asked her to explain to me why she wanted me to pay an additional 60.00 dollars she did not even know how to explain to me why she was charging the additional rate. They have after school care and theyou do not want the kids to play or take anything out of their backpacks. In the winter they put the children coats on and I arrived at 6:00pm. My daughter complained that she was hot. My child hated that place. I could not even go inside I had to wait outside. This place should be investigated, and educate the owner and employees on how to run a daycare

My child has been there for over two years & I am extremely happy with the care provided, which includes learning all basics!! Very healthy, happy environment and very clean!! I will continue to have my daughter there for the after school program, including transferring to the nearest elementary school to be sure of it!!! This daycare is awesome!! I recommend it to all my friends!!

I don't recommend this day care. They call it family day but it was always those two girls taking care of a whole bunch of kids more than the capacity. My child was so skinny because they didn't take the time and care for the child to be fed. Even my child's doctor told me, the child was underweight. For the money that they charge (200.00 weekly), they should at least teach the kids abc's, colors, etc. They also leave the kids in the high chairs in the kitchen unattended. The owner is clueless about what goes on because she's rarely there.
