Owensboro Family YMCA Afterschool

The Owensboro Family YMCA is an inclusive organization providing services to structure spirit, mind and body. The Owensboro Family YMCA puts Christian principles into practice through programs and services that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. This YMCA offers a structured after-school program, holiday camp, summer camp and youth sports program. The Youth F.I.T.S. program is just one of the specially designed programs to encourage fitness for life through education and exercise. Additional youth activities are scheduled during after school hours and can be found on the monthly calendar. In addition to the general membership that is offered, the Owensboro Family YMCA offers integrated services to children with disabilities, as well as a regular schedule of group fitness classes for seniors. By integrating community collaboration for family-oriented fitness events, summer camp programming and adult triathlon-preparation, the Owensboro Family YMCA offers something for everyone. The YMCA is dedicating to serving all community members regardless of financial circumstances and ability to pay.
