I worked here less than 6 months but during that time I found the owner to be quite rude and disrespectful to the employees that weren't brownnosing her She stole over 200,000 from a church while she worked there and got it expunged from her record but we saw it before she did and has 2 other theft charges on arrests.org. The employees suspected her of taking hours off their checks but the girls didn't have proof cause they wanted to beleive it wasn't true. Quite a few of them said their check has been short but no one ever said that their check had more hours. It was always less Lori promises full time to you when hired but not the case at all. When people lie about a coworker, she calls everyone else in her office except for the one in question and seems to believe them When you get used to a room and like it then she moves you out. Your child won't have same teacher more than 2 or 3 months cause she will move you. If I could add her arrest.org picture of the 200,000 theft she admitted to and only served weekend jail then I would add my screenshot She did NOT like me and the good reviews on this daycare must have been a long time ago when she cared
I was a happy parent until my daughters teacher was moved out of her room simply because another very young worker said she was wanted her room which really upset me and 2 other parents and those are only 2 that I spoke with. This new employee sent my daughter home with someone that had never been there without asking to see a photo ID, doesn't send them home clean( dried snot and boogers), and a parent knows when their kids are barely read to Ms Julie ALWAYS read to them This really upset her father and me especially since we recently had a rough custody battle that took some people off of the pick up list My daughters'needs and her classmates needs were totally overlooked by Lori who had to know how much she loved these babies and they surely loved her. She has quit and I don’t blame her and I'd send my daughter wherever she went if I knew where she works now Lori’s replacement basically does the kids crafts for them ,has never spoken to me unless I'm upset and approach her and barely speaks to the children. This is input from 2 other parents I spoke with and we are currently looking for another childcare route. If the babies and parents love their teacher then there’s no reason to make such drastic changes where level of care went from a 9 to a 2
Surprised Susan Dockery is still in business after all these years. Parents must not know she let her own daughter be convicted of locking the doors of her day care before closing time and leaving a 1 year old inside asleep in a crib. It's sad she has had so many years of opportunity to do this again to another child!!
Employees don't know the difference between acid reflux and a virus causing parents to miss work due to the neglect. Worse run place I ever delt with
