This place is a joke. I called state on them already regarding these issues however after I did that the daycare facility terminated my child care. when I first started I started at west lake. Little did I know that was only going to last about a month.m before they merged not only the children with their other location but they merged the teachers as well. It's been a little over 5 months and not one single teacher from the previous locateionbos there anymore. The turnover rate there is beyond ridiculous. my daughters teacher had a conteacher quit in less than a week. My son was found out in the parking lot one morning after his father dropped him off. Adresses several situations with the director and the only one that got fixed was the door given the fact they didn't want to end up in the news. The pastor at lifekids refused to sit down with my family and have a one on one conference with us. I called the director multiple times to try to get in contact with her and I couldn't. The director is only there 930-330 everyday and the assistant director is there 6-3. I don't know any successful daycare where there's not a director there 630-330 and then 9-6. This facility is lacking direction from a leader. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for

This preschool is not good. I gave 1 extra star because we actually had a good teacher for a while but she is now gone too. They are Level 3 PTQ but they've been riding the coattails of a previous director who obtained it two years ago. None of the PTQ standards are currently being followed. No curriculum posted, no daily reports, very few qualified teachers. The children watch movies, YouTube, etc. There is no consistency among teachers and VERY high turnover. I was late to work on several occasions because the rooms were highly out of ratio and I wouldn't leave my child there until additional staff showed up. The higher-level staff (Director, Assistant Director, church pastors) are never present at the school and do not respond within a timely manner via phone or email. Decisions are made without regard to the stability of the children and no communication is made to parents. Most things I found out about because I was friends with a few teachers on Facebook.
