After 3 years, now is probably the time for me to give my review of Cedar Tree Montessori: 3 years ago, we moved here from Phoenix, where both girls had been attending a private Montessori school in Tempe. We were unsure how a smaller town Montessori would stack up to "big city" and we were (and have continued to be) pleasantly surprised.
Now, we've even enrolled our youngest in the toddler program, because of the consistency of care, the reasonable rates, the go-out-of-your-way helpfulness, and the pains that Miss Aly and the rest of their lovely staff have taken to work with our special needs children (diet, behaviors, challenges). They have encouraged progress in our children while providing an atmosphere that is both enjoyable and keeps the focus on what is pertinent to learning both socially and educationally.
I am happy that we found them, and my only regret is that they do not go past kindergarten- still, this is an excellent path to beginning a school career!
