I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The inside is absolutely disgusting! When you walk downstairs, it has a strong mildew/mold. They try so hard spraying stuff to make the smell go away. No child deserves to be in this setting. The "basement" infant/toddler room has carpet. Please think about all the spilled milk, pees, poops, throw-ups, and everything you could think of sits in that carpet for decades! How is that safe and healthy for young babies and especially children with asthma!

I've seen staff smoking outside then come back to care for the babies. Staff aren't trained to control the kids. Every morning I drop my kid off, kids are all over the place, out of control. They be running around in the office and the staff be yelling at them. It's a mess! And when I bring my kid to wash hands, there are BUGS in the back window! I dont know how this school is still running. They need a serious clean up!

My one year old child has attended the school in the baby room since September of 2014. She was injured yesterday (02-05-2015). All I was told when I arrived to pick her up at the end of the day is that she fell on the floor. She has a gash inside of her mouth. She was not offered any kind of first aid whatsoever. Her mouth was rinsed out w/ water and that was it. No ice was applied to the injury. I was offered ice upon exiting the building. No course of action was taken against the teachers responsible for watching her. They have no cameras in the building so you will never know exactly what goes on with your child. The director was told my child was fine but the director never actually saw that my child wasn't ok until I brought her upstairs upon me finding out about the incident. If you have a child that can't speak, I suggest you not have them attend this particular school. This is just a job to the females that work in the baby/toddler room. Those kids are yelled at, called names, picked up by one arm & ignored most times. This I have seen with my own eyes & have heard w/ my own ears. I'm outraged by what happened to my daughter.
