They offered me $20 off my tuition per review. I have a problem with places that offer tuition credits for reviews because I feel that is dishonest. They have a problem with keeping teachers. I got sick of it after my daughter's main teacher changed for the 3rd time in 4 months; the assistant teacher changed more often. There is also a communication problem. Things I would ask for my daughter would often get lost in the constant shifting of teachers. I feel like they charge a private school rate when it is a actually franchise. The food quality was poor and they never followed the "menu". I took my daughter across the street to woodbridge montessori. It is night and day different from lighthouse. The teacher ratio is lower, the food quality is fresh and healthy, they take the kids outside to play 3 times a day for 45 mins, they allow me to see my daughter on the playground on the video system, they let her eat longer than for 20 mins, they allow her to nap longer, they actually teach the children in circle time because the teacher to student ratio is lower, they have 2 teacher for 8 kids so they can keep things in control and calm, it feels like a real school rather than a babysitter, my daughter looks engaged rather than bored and running around like a caged animal. I wish I had switched sooner.
