I don't understand why someone would post something as awful as this young lady did. I have had nothing but the best experience with this provider. Monique not only kept my son but she also provided day care for my grandson. They were always happy to go and never complained about being hit, pinched, or any other type of offense. And I am sure if anyone were to ask Monique's other parents they would say the same as I have. She is a great provider, great with the children, and very dependable. I am truly sorry to see someone try to interfere with the livelihood of another individual based on a 4 year old child's comment, it amazes me.
My son started off going to Monique as an infant but as time went on I started to notice complaints from other parents about Monique's care in regards to their children. I didn't think anything of it because my child seemed to be "ok," I recently had a baby girl that I put in Monquie's care and she seemed ok until my son started tell me that Monquie would pinch my daughter for not being still when she changed her diaper, my 4 year old son also told me she would pinch him and leave him at the house with "Mr Scott" and he would pinch him too. I confronted Monique about these accusations but she completely denied it leaving me in a tough position as a parent. So I decided to reach out to one of the other mothers I see coming and going as we drop/pick-up our kids to Monique, to see if she is having the same complaints from her children. The other mother stated yes, her children told her Monique would pinch them on the nose, under the arm, how she would pop my son in the head for not listening and for pinch my baby girl. The other mother stated she comforted Monique about this but she denied doing such a thing and even went as far as asking her daughter why would she lie to her mom like that. Monique, her daughter Monet ( which works/lives in the house) and Mr. Scott ( Monique husband) all intimidate and scare the children from telling the truth. BEWARE
