I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My son came here for 6 months. Towards the end of me taking him out his behavior was odd. He didn't want to go there no more he would beg me not to. I tried talking to him but he would say nothing. Couple of weeks later he kept say stupid is not a bad word it's a good word. That's what his teacher called him he told me "mommy stupid is not my name". That's why I would never recommend anyone to this place.

Opportunity School is… a nonprofit organization in Amarillo, Texas, created in 1969 by volunteers to address a community need ' children who lacked basic learning skills and experiences entered school unprepared for academic achievement, and many never caught up to their peers. Opportunity School has been able to provide more than 3,600 young at-risk children with opportunities to learn and grow over the past 42 years. Opportunity School provides… excellent education and care during the primary years ' from birth to five ' primarily to children from low-income families. Opportunity School exists because… research shows that high quality early learning experiences help children achieve success in school and in life.
