Description: The McLellan Learning Center sits on the site of the first CLC Center, then named the Amarillo Day Nursery. It was rebuilt in 1964 and has been in continuous operation as a CLC center since that time. They care for infants, beginning at 6 weeks, through children 10 years of age and pick up children after school from San Jacinto, Carver, Robert E. Lee, Carver-Hilltop, Margret Wills and Avondale Elementary schools. Pam Bagley has been with CLC for 16 years, 14 of which as Director of the McLellan Center and are a 4 Star Designated vendor through the Texas Rising Star Program.
