Discovery kids experience was literally the worst job experience I have ever had. Not only was their a excuse every time payday came on why I never recieved a full check, but I and 5 other colleagues of mine did not get paid our first 2 months working their. After I gave my two weeks notice I called numerous times to receive my last two checks, left numerous voicemails and left messages with the office director but the owner Brittany literally dodges my calls and apparently told her director that she will get in contact me but never has simply because she does not want to pay me. To sum my experience with discovery kid's I would say a poorly ran Ghetto nightmare of a daycare facility, looking for volunteers because the owner Brittany makes it so clear she has zero intentions on paying me my last two checks never mind the checks she gave me half pay on. That is why the turnover rate is so horrendous I honestly think teachers only stay for the children.
