We aré very happy with Isabel's daycare my son loves goin to her daycare they do
Activities all day.I'm strongly recomended this daycare
My children attended the second location home on Heminway off of Lincoln. I loved it. The woman that took care of them was absolutely phenomenal & trust worthy. She was incredible with the children. Every day pick up & drop off was a piece of cake. She spoke with me in detail about their day; what they ate, projects they did, etc. I could not have felt more at ease with this woman. Then one day she was up & gone. When I spoke with the owner, Isabel, asking where our caretaker was I was given a big fish story. I was lied to. This wonderful woman was replaced with someone else. My concerns regarding the way the situation was handled, as well as my concerns regarding the new caretaker fell on deaf ears. Her answer to me was "let me know if you decide to pull your children from the day care because I have others that can fill the spots." I did not trust the woman that my children were left with nor did I trust the owner. I gave notice & found a wonderful day care down the street. With the new caretaker, by the time my children left, the day care at this location that started with at least 10 children was down to 2 toddlers & 1 baby...1 adult. I would not recommend.
