I have used this daycare for over a decade with my children so that I could work. The daycare provider is very caring and goes beyond what she needs to do and provides a safe, caring, and enriching environment for the children in her care, Lisa is especially good with toddlers and pre-K child and has peschool experiences for them. She is dependable and has licenced backup staff in case she is ill. Lisa does take vacation days but they are all listed in the provider/parent contract/handbook given to each family before the child starts. She also provides a detailed monthly calendar to the parents. I’m a single parent and have relied on this daycare to provide quality daycare for my children; I couldn’t have contiued in my job w/o it. They are now like family.
This childcare provider is excellent. I have used her for over 10 years and occasionally help out when owner goes to appointment. The only parent I have ever known was unhappy was unhappy from the beginning because his x-wife picked childcare without consulting him. Dual home children where parents do not agree and play against on another are always difficult on daycare and schools. There are adult children in the home which are fingerprinted and listed as staff. This enables even more child monitoring than a normal center.
Lisa goes above and beyond just daycare. She teaches preschool curriculum and has the children make costly crafts and gifts for parents on a regular basis as well as having Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny visit. I would trust her with any child of mine.
Poor communication from owner and staff. They are biased to the mothers in shared custody situations. My kids have left uncomfortable because they have heard the resident grandma talk negatively of the father. They increase prices at anytime, they take too many paid vacation days off. They have older kids help them watch the younger ones while they are supposed to be watching children.
If you have a chance to have your kids go to a real pre school do it. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
