Today your group of kids came to chucky cheese and I saw a little boy and girl say goodbye with huging and they kissed on the lips, I was like what in the world is going on in that learning center, and the grown ups that came with the group saw them and let them do it(shock) and the teenager that came with the group to help with the kids grab a little boy by his arm so hard and said something to him, he didn't do anything he was just walking slow and looking around. what I saw at chucky cheese today for little kids to see and to be treated was wrong and the teenager with them was mean, what else is going on with these trips that they take. somebody help those kids
I would recommend the infant -Pre-K program. K/1st grade needs a lot of work. The building is old and doubles as a facility for church functions. The teachers are not as accessible as lower age groups. Administration needs a course in customer service. Communication is poor and issues are slow to resolve.
Great teachers and office managers! Administration could use some work. They do not seem to work with parents and seem arrogant at times! Overall, it'a a good school, the children learn alot, just avoid dealing with administration as much as possible!
I love NCELC! The staff is loving, friendly, and God-fearing. I am very impressed with the academics and structure of the school. It operates in total excellence. My one, three, and four year old daughters are very happy. I highly recommend NCELC!
